Enable the auditee portal on the engagement’s audit
One setting on the audit. It generates a single upload link for that audit.

Send the link to the client
The client uploads through it directly. No sign-up, no seat, no access to anything beyond the upload page.

Documents arrive in the audit
Each upload is recorded against the audit and confirmed to the client by email. Assessment runs on your side.

Upload links expire 90 days after issue, or 14 days after the upload deadline you set, whichever is later. A link can be disabled at any time.

Report out

The findings export carries your branding.

Excel exports carry the organisation’s name, logo and primary colour, set once in Settings. On the Business and Enterprise tiers the logo leads the cover and each sheet footer carries a small “Compliance by Aligntra” mark; on other tiers the logo appears as a secondary mark.

  • A gap analysis sheet: each finding with its type, clause, description, the extracted evidence, the reasoning, a remediation, its status and the documents affected.
  • An evidence register: each cited passage with its document and page, quoted verbatim.
  • A cover with the compliance figures and finding counts, an executive summary, and sign-off lines for the lead auditor, auditee acceptance and an independent reviewer.

PDF exports are not white-labelled at present.

One analysis is one document read against one standard; record verifications also count. At 150 analyses a month, the Business tier covers roughly four 30-document engagements. The free trial runs for fourteen days on one audit of up to fifteen documents, which is enough to run one client engagement end to end before subscribing. Full detail is on the pricing page.

Before you ask
Aligntra also offers consulting. Does that compete with mine?

Aligntra Services operates under its own name and is a separate engagement. Your organisation’s audits and findings are visible only to your organisation. Aligntra has no referral or commission arrangement with any consulting firm.

Do I need a separate subscription for each client?

No. One organisation runs any number of audits within its monthly analysis allowance. A client can be given an organisation of its own if you prefer; each organisation carries its own subscription.

Can my client see the findings?

Only as a user in your organisation. The auditee portal is upload-only; it gives the client no view of the audit.

Which records are checked against the client’s procedures?

CAPA and NCR. All other documents are classified and assessed against their applicable clauses; those two are additionally verified against the SOP that governs them.

Who determines what is recorded as a finding?

A reviewer in your organisation. Aligntra proposes findings; each one is confirmed, reclassified or dismissed by a person before it enters the report.
