What counts as an analysis?
An analysis is one document reviewed against one standard. A twenty-document audit against ISO 13485 uses twenty.
What is in the trial?
The trial includes fourteen days, one audit, fifteen documents, and exports. It requires no card, and it does not convert on its own.
Can I audit more than one standard?
Professional covers one, with additional standards at $199/mo each. Business includes all nine.
Is there an implementation fee?
No. There is no migration and nothing to install, so there is nothing to charge for.
What happens if I exceed my monthly analyses?
You get a warning at 80% of your tier limit, and analysis pauses at 100%. Upgrading in-app resumes it immediately, with no overage fees and no surprise bills.
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes. Every audit is scoped to your organization, and documents are stored per-organization in our object storage. Enterprise can opt into VPC-isolated infrastructure where procurement requires it.
How does Aligntra handle our QMS confidentiality?
We do not train on your data. Documents are read by the model during analysis only, results are stored encrypted in your organization's isolated bucket, and you can request deletion of everything at any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes, and it is prorated. An upgrade takes effect immediately with prorated billing, and a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal so you keep what you already paid for.
